when I received my S23 Ultra phone, the stickers said DO NOT ACCEPT IF SEAL IS BROKEN, which immediately made me think that something was wrong, although on the website it said you could return the goods within 14 days, which was contrary to this flashy sticker.After making the order, I started checking opinions about this company, "What should I do before buying?" and that it did not enjoy the trust of customers, one boy described a situation where his phone broke after half a year and was not covered by Samsung's warranty.I decided that I would not even open this box to be able to fully recover the amount I paid. I ordered headphones and a fast charger, but I only received a phone,I wrote an e-mail to them that the order had not arrived complete, then I received a reply that the order had been divided into two separate ones
package.I was not informed about it. When I sent the parcel back to the sender, only a week later I received an e-mail that they had received my parcel, although Royal Mail delivered it a week earlier. Finally, the money was refunded ONLY FOR THE PHONE because the headphones and charger arrived after I sent the phone back, the parcels were sent via Amazon as an Amazon Gift, which also makes me suspicious about the quality of these items. THE CONCLUSION IS THAT YOU SHOULD CHECK THE REVIEWS ABOUT THE SELLER BEFORE YOU ORDER ANYTHING!!!

I am satisfied with the purchase. The price of the ordered lens was very favourable. The goods arrived within the time stated by the supplier.

I bought an ipad pro from them at a great price. It took 10 days from order to delivery by DPD. Tracking wasn’t great in the meantime, but this was a genuine item at a really good price. The only thing was that it had a US mains plug instead of a UK plug, though they put a UK adaptor in the package. No issue for me as I don’t use the Apple charger anyway.

Good value and quicker than expected delivery. Can recommend

Don’t be put off by the cheaper prices, these are genuine products. Bought an Apple Watch and more recently a Nintendo Switch Oled.

I made a huge saving on two Samsung S23 Ultra phones.
Dont be put off by potential long delivery - took 1 week from order to delivery for my order. All fully tracked online and delivered in UK by DPD.
Very straight forward order process and regular updates.

Slow to deliver but ultimately beats on price

Great value, was told there might be a delay of a month,but it arrived in no time at all. WELL HAPPY

Good iphone with full UK Apple warranty at a very good price.
My only reservations were the lack of a personal contact with the company. And delivery which was slow (7 days) and the tracking was useless. So I had no idea where my package was, or when it would be delivered. But I guess that was the couriers fault not Dimprice.

J'ai commandé sur le site Dimprice un Samsung S23 ultra le 31 juillet, nous sommes le 20 août et toujours rien reçu à ce jour ! J'ai relancé plusieurs fois le service client et à chaque fois même réponse...je vais le recevoir la semaine prochaine !? Le suivi de la commande n'est pas à jour car cela fait une semaine que mon colis est en Allemagne dans un dépôt et ne bouge pas !! Je devais recevoir normalement mon colis au bout de 6 jours, j'ai donc fait la demande d'un remboursement immédiat car cela représente pratiquement 1000€ et j'espère que cela sera fait rapidement. Site pas sérieux délai de livraison non respecté et service client peu concerné car fait exprès de laisser trainer ou de ne pas répondre réellement à mes demandes !
Si pas de remboursement je vais déposer plainte pour récupérer mon argent car cela est inadmissible d'avoir à faire à un site en ligne aussi peu professionnel...
Déçu on ne m'y reprendra plus !!!
Peut être aurais je une réponse enfin sérieuse de Dimprice pour m'annoncer une bonne nouvelle mais ça fait 20 jours que je n'y crois plus tellement malheureusement ??
