The app is fine. The staff on the phone are polite, friendly and try to be helpful. However it took over three weeks and four parcels to complete my order. They have even managed to change one of my prescriptions with my surgery as my doctor was trying to prescribe too much, although I had never had a problem with a regular pharmacy. I had hoped that it would be a good service but obviously they are unable to cope with the demand. I shall not use them again.

I’ve used lots of online pharmacy’s and non of them are as good as co op health!!!! They are brilliant my medication comes through the post quickly enough even medication that isn’t on my repeat medication list. If I message customer services via the application they are always friendly and professional please keep it up 👍 couldn’t recommend highly enough.... 🥳

I'm trying to go out as little as possible re. Government guidelines, but thanks to these power crazed men in white coats I had to walk into town and get my meds at a pharmacy there. Will not be using co-op pharmacy ever again

Great app
I had been using the echo app to order my repeat prescriptions, but having had various issues I was waiting for this app to be integrated with my GP's system so I could switch.
This happened a few weeks ago so I ordered my first lot of medication and (after a few teething problems) it all worked smoothly, with my repeat prescription being delivered by post a few days later.
There are definitely a number of plus points compared with echo:
- the app integrates directly into my GP's system (rather than by email/fax)
- there is a telephone number for support
- you can track the delivery of your prescription by royal mail
The only things I miss are the ability to set reminders to take my medication, and also getting reminders to re-order when my prescriptions run low.
Also every now and then my prescription has to be reviewed before I am allowed to re-order, and the app doesn't seem to allow me to request this.
Hopefully the app will be updated soon to include these features.
Still seems like a great little app and hopefully will get even better.
NO CONFIRMATION CODE
I have been waiting 30 mins this morning for the confirmation code which I requested 4 times and still have not received anything. Rang the 0800 number on their website and totally useless.

Not a good we site.
Have had no problems in the past but today have spent about 20 mins trying to order. I think the website needs redesigning! Took me a long while to get past initial page which I think is extremely confusing and needs changing, not to mention the frustration involved. All I can say is heaven help any older people who are not familiar with technology.

AVOID!!!
Placed order 2 MONTHS ago and STILL nothing received. Have been fobbed off at every opportunity and only received responses after sending numerous e-mails which went unanswered. Good job I ordered by credit card so will take it up with them. Disgraceful!

Order never arrives and when it did eventually after a month i requested a refund of the 1st class next day postage and i Was bluntly told NO....
Chris the owner only replys to emails when you ask him if the company are Scammers!!!

Always a quick and hassle free transaction. Prompt dispatch and as long as Royal Mail isn't on strike prompt delivery :) Will use again and would recommend.
Good reliable company
Order did not arrive next day as I thought it would with first class post. But it did arrive after 2 days so still quite fast. I contacted dimec to make sure it had been sent out and they responded within a couple of hours. Overall a good sevice. Definately trustworthy company and I would use them again.

Placed an order last week, heard nothing back, paid for first class delivery as well and heard nothing, quick enough to take payment but don't want to know when it comes to receiving the goods you have paid for, advise people not to use

Product hasn't even arrived yet (it's been well over a week since I ordered), AND I paid for express delivery. They said they would find out where the delivery is, but haven't heard anything back yet. Very disappointed. Hopefully I get a refund.
