Unfortunately came across this company as a colleague had decided to use their services before handing over a website project.

Having paid over 5k for the service I expected a fully functioning website with supporting documentation and some basic Search engine optimization. What we got was the developers interpretation of our original request, unprofessional delivery and a complete lack of post sales support. As a first venture into working with a web developer this was a truly harrowing experience, the developer does not have any form of professionalism when it comes to agreement and sign off which can lead to numerous issues once your site is delivered.

Only now that I have hired a professional local developer have I truly seen what a shocking state my website is in, my website is my business product, I need to sell it so it was imperative I had a developer who showed a level of understanding and care, it was clear to me that Digital Pod is not about understanding and care, Its purely about how much they can take for how little they can deliver.

Conduct post "sign off" has been difficult, so much so it was easier to walk away and hire someone else, I never felt that this company actually wanted my business, everything seemed a problem to them.

We had great communication from the beginning, with a clear outline of when things would be done. Very happy with the service and pricing, and the ongoing support is incredibly valuable.

After a poor experience with a previous SEO provider I consider myself very lucky to have engaged the services of digital pod.
