First time using this company & will not be using again !! ordered some products on 1st Nov and was told the lead time was 20 days , after one week my order wasn`t processed so the lead time had already increased was then told 4-6 weeks I have now had an update saying 17.12.24. Not good enough !!! phoned up previously about this & fobbed off , appalling customer service

We have been in contract with Digital ID for just over a year. They have helped us to refine our ID card printing systems with the implementation of CardExchange and the provision of replacement ID card printers.

Digital ID have also provided new services to the University such as bureau printing, onsite printer servicing and ongoing support for CardExchange and Stand.

We have had regular and effective communication with Digital ID as our working relationship has progressed and we are very satisfied with the services that they have provided to the University so far.

One of our machines is not working, says it needs cleaning and despite performing the cleaning process it is still not working. Reported to Digital ID over a week ago, been emailing them for nearly a week with numerous chasing emails and still not resolved. No response to emails, and tried calling technical team and customer service this morning and no one picked up the phone.

Awful service, avoid!!

I spoke with Ben as I was overwhelmed with the choice and had no idea which printer was going to suit my Business needs. However Ben was great, he was very patient and clear about the best solution for my business and in the end I was able to purchase a printer that has exceeded our expectations and means we are producing professional badges for our team.

Digital ID helped us with a huge order for an event in the Middle East. Not only was the team (and in particular Sarah Qurashi) extremely knowledgeable about their products they were also honest and open about lead times and cost saving factors. Both key parts of a good supplier relationship when working with such large quantities and fast approval times. I would fully recommend Digital ID to anyone looking for their next access control solution.
