Faultless service from Richard at Digital ID. I was having issues printing in colour and the issue was resolved within 2 hours of sending a support email.
Their customer service is a breathe of fresh air, instead of computer says no, we got the man from Digital ID he say yes :-)

Whenever I order from Digital ID I can honestly say that the experience has always been positive. Once they were out of stock of an item and they sent what they had, kept me advised and sent the order out as soon as the stock came back in. All of this was in less than a week.

The quality of the items we recieved were excellent and We are a repeat customer.

I have recently placed my second order with Digital ID. Both times I have been in contact with Darren Hines, super friendly and the service has been first class. I placed an order on Tuesday, it arrived on Wednesday. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you Darren and the Digital ID team :-)

We had this printer sent to them in December because it was not printing anymore, the printer is still under guarantee, they replied to us with a quotation of £120 saying that the printer is not under guarantee, (even if we had their receipt as a proof it is). Then as we really needed it and didn't know what else to say because they were not accepting explanations, we accepted the quotation, after accepting they reply admitting the printer was under guarantee and they made a mistake because they were considering also the time the printer have been in their storage. But they added that the printer has now other damage and the quotation is not £120 anymore but is it £325. So they are really good at selling, but if you have problems even under guarantee you are most lucky on your own and with expensive quotations. We will obviously dismiss the printer and have to buy from a different provider, so they are to be 100% avoided, don't do our same mistake.

Dreadful customer service! I ordered a set of ribbons to be delivered to a customers site. I paid in advance with a credit card. When I went to chase the order up nearly three weeks later they'd forgot. Not even an explanation or apology. Once they have your money they just don't care.
I buy printers all the time for the work that we do and have used them in the past.
Never again.
Beware.

Professional, timely and very pleasant customer service. The ID lanyard prototypes initially sent were much appreciated, and the quality and precision of the finished product are top. They are even made from recycled plastic!
Distribution of the lanyards have generated a very enthusiastic response from our staff members.
