Charlotte was very patient and understanding during our email interchange. And she provided me with all the details and help I needed to sort everything out. There was no pressure, and no suggestion that I had done something wrong in falling behind in my original payments. She treated me with empathy and compassion.

Did not recognise the name so stopped the transaction. Seen my emails and realised it was for love holidays. This debt company gave me the option to pay so I paid in full. Cut a long story short, I didn't have to speak to anyone and no stress! Good start to a beautiful Saturday morning.

Where to begin?
Ah yes SCAMMERS springs to mind.
They keep messaging me saying I have an outstanding account with Sky.
I have repeatedly replied stating that I have never had any account with Sky and do not owe the almost £600 they are claiming.
I have repeatedly asked for documentation to prove the debt to be posted to me.
They continuely ask me for personal data that any genuine company would have access to, from the creditor making the claim.
I have today tried to contact this company by telephone only to discover they do not have any means of telephonic communication and prefer to hide behind WhatsApp and texts.
Whilst this company's website seems to offer some credibility I believe it may be being operated by a 12 year old scammer in his bedroom.
If said scammer persists with what can be only described as harassment I will have no option but to to report them to one of the governing bodies they claim affiliation to
My advice to anyone receiving contact from these people is to save time and complain about their conduct immediately.

We dealt with Charlotte, both over the telephone and via email. She listened to what we had to say and was efficient and understanding in her manner. It's not resolved yet but fingers crossed, with Charlotte's help, it will be!

Loveholidays received my government tax refund for the holiday I had paid for but missed my flight from Luton. Easyjet issued my refund to Loveholidays as they were the ones that booked my flights. My luggage allowance was refunded to them. It was never taken off of the debt dra are now collecting from me. It wasn't a large amount just a refund for the hold luggage that never even went onto either of the flights in April

There is nothing to be afraid of. Even with massive debt and a long time of hiding away from paying, I get professional treatment full of understanding, patience, and even compassion C: . I get fully tailored to my circumstances instalments ( I asked to start with 3 months of 30£ with BIG debt, I get offered 6 months just to get me some breathing space ). This company works differently from whatever you've experienced in the past.

DigitalDra were engaged by E.ON Next to pursue a non-existent debt they claimed I owed. After getting nowhere with E.ON Next I contacted DigitalDra direct. I spoke to Amaad, I found him to be courteous, respectful, empathetic, knowledgeable and immensely helpful. I'm still in dispute with E.ON Next but DigitalDra have supported me.
