I haven’t had a negative experience with Diff eyewear thus far. Love their glasses and their costumer service has been great when I needed them.

so i found DIFF a few years ago because of their original Harry Potter collection, I fell in love with several pairs but especially the Chosen One pair. I bought them 4 years ago and just now needed to purchase a new pair because I broke the like nose rest thing. I was devastated when I went on their website and saw my favorite pair was sold out, so i signed up to be notified once they’re back in stock and i kid you not within 2 days they were! but i still had to get my new prescription so i reached out to them, hoping to get a pair on hold and they told me they would happily hold a pair for up to 2 weeks!! Customer service was super kind and accommodating, with a quick reply time which is super nice. Their glasses are cool, comfortable, and i think only some of them come with a fun glasses case but regardless, i’ll never shop anywhere else for glasses!!! 100000/10

I have about 25 pair of Diff sunglasses. They are well made and very comfortable. I get many compliments and asked where I bought them. They come with a cleaning rag and a hard shell case to protect your sunglasses. They have great sale prices and many different kinds of glasses. The mirrored sunglasses are my fav.

I ordered three styles of sunglasses. Each pair is unique and beautiful, I took them on vacation, wore them in the pool, walking around, and I often use them at work. They work for many occasions and are great quality. I have also gotten many compliments on each of the styles that I ordered. I know I got the Sandra and the Camilla, and recall the other name of the style I got but I will be ordering more. Two of the three also came with their own case and lens cloth which was nice. The website, shipping and delivery were all superb.

I have been ordering Diff sunglasses for years now. They are high quality, exceptional customer since and such a great selection. I used to purchase Ray Ban but had 2 pair fall to the ground when cheering for my son in travel baseball and shatter while the Diff do not shatter, not once. I purchased plenty of Quay brand but found their quality has gone down a bit. Diffs so not disappoint. If you're on the fence, give them a try. The color selection and style options are awesome! I work hard for my money and I expect quality and exceptional customer service and that's what I've always gotten work Diff over the years.

I now own 7 pairs of DIFF Sunnies and they are fabulous ! I love the variety of styles and colors. The quality of these glasses is top notch. The communication and the quickness of delivery will make me a customer for life . I highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to order from them again.

Absolutely fabulous sunglasses! I have spent so much money on “designer” sunglasses in the past but then discovered DIFF! I am now close to 20 pairs of different styles. The quality is excellent, the styles are on point and the value for the price is amazing. Have ordered many times and shipping/packaging is awesome.

One of the pair of glasses I ordered was crooked and they immediately took them back and sent me a new pair. I also have a friend that bought a pair in a store and the screw came out. Even though they no longer had that style, they replaced with a pair of my friends choosing.

I now have 4 pair and love them all!

I must have at least 10 pairs of Diff sunglasses, everything from fashion lenses, ski goggles, sport shields, prescription glasses and sunglasses. The glasses are always stylish, arrive in a timely fashion, and I’ve never had a problem with them.

I purchased the Heidi black matte sunglasses. I really love how they look on, very stylish. And I really like how light weight they are on my face. I have a few other Diff sunglasses I've purchased over the years. I recommend Diff because of the great quality you're getting and price.

I have about 10 pairs of Diffs, and love them all! They fit great, look great, excellent customer service. Don’t hesitate! I did have to return a pair once just because the color didn’t compliment my skin tone, but they were responsive and made it easy. I also love knowing that someone in need is getting the glasses they deserve with each purchase. Buy a pair! You won’t be sorry, you will just feel like a total bad a$$!!

This was my second time ordering from Diff and both times I was pleased with the experience. I got the Bella frame in the espresso tortoise and matte black and I love them both so much. The matte black took me a minute to get used to them but stick with them and I promise you’ll love the look, too. I think they do tend to bend a bit easier than other brands I’ve used, but they also bend back pretty easily. I get compliments all the time. Can’t go wrong with these; I really think they compliment everyone. The customer service was helpful when I accidentally uploaded the wrong file format for my Rx and they shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

I LOVE DIFF! I love what it does for the eyeglass world, I love the price AND I love the FIT!! I have about 8 pair and rotate them to fit my mood! ❤️

This company is a disgrace from false advertising to their customer service. I purchased buy one get one free. When the glasses arrived they were way too big. They don't actually advertise how big these glasses are. I reached out to customer service by phone and email, explained not happy and do not fit needed to return/refund. email from DIFF stated, my return would cost me to ship and I would receive 50% of the purchase price, when inquired on the WHY? no response. Needless to say, I was scammed, stuck with glasses that are to big and lost $150.
Lesson learned people, social media advertisement is mostly scam and fraud.
Sorry I trusted this company. I also believe all the positive reviews listed are either employees or employee friends and family.

I ordered the Belle glasses with my rx. My experience with their customer service when they needed another measurement my doctor didn’t provide was exceptional and timely. My glasses are so cute. Obviously very good quality and made to fit my face well. I feel great in them and get many compliments.

I am so happy with my purchase with Diff. Love all my selection and you an bever go wrong. Very stylish and very unique designs. A very luxurious looking where i can afford. I love the selection from oversize to just the normal size we use to get, and also customize to your face fit, just pick the right frame for you.
