Great taste, easy to make, just add milk or water up to your taste

Fast delivery. Easy to use site. Great price. Some shakes are nicer than others but they are all palatable, I even like the strawberry one although I'm not usually a fan of strawberries. Caffè latte is definitely a favourite. 3 shakes & plenty of water is enough to keep me full throughout the day. Great product.

Great value, as on sale. Lots of variety.

Good price and selection... But all out of date in April 2023. Would not have bought if I had known this.

Do not buy from them offer you great prices without informing of short dated products if you complain they made me pay £8.05 return postage and opening case with ombudsman for online selling .
I am now informing everysite so others are not robbed like i was and will not stop till my postage is returned

I am very happy with this product. I have used different shakes before and I use to get headache. These ones I don’t which is amazing for me. Defo recommend 100%.

I have trouble swallowing so as well as helping with dieting I know I'm getting all I need with these shakes. They are tasty, easy to make up, dissolve in the milk with no lumps.

I ordered 100 shakes which I had received the first week of match to only know that the BBE is in April 23. Since I have left over shakes and I was worried I won’t use them by the BBE, I contacted diet now to only know that BBE is guide date and I can still
Use them after. I am get paranoid when it comes to health so wanted to return the shakes to only know they I have to pay the postage! What a night mare! I won’t be ordering again as you should be honest about the short date on the site so people can make informed decision

I bought on bulk to save money and take advantage of their deals. I received 100 shakes which all expire within the next month. I wrote to customer services as this was not the first time this had happened, previously they had offered to replace them if the dates were short again, this time I was told I should be drinking 3 shakes a day so there is no issue with the short date! I have a medical condition so I am cautious about this approach, however to not waste money again (I had about 30 I couldn't use last time) I am going to have to try and use more a day. I was unhappy with the service as I was told one thing previously and then when I did have a problem again they have simply contradicted themselves. It is such a shame but I highly doubt I will order from them again. The shakes are great, I just need a longer expiry date. (Side note: the shakes I received this time [March 2023] have the same expiry as the shakes I received from an order back in March 2022!!)

I have just received my order of 100 shakes and they had a very short date on them the company did not want to know when i asked for some to be replaced with a longer date on them and did not seem to care that i could not use 100 shakes in a matter of weeks all they want is money for goods which are nearly out of date also you have to pay to to return them

Thank you for the patronising reply to my review. Irrespective of the fact you were unaware most of my working life has been in the food industry, so I am very aware of the meaning of the various dates used within the food industry. This is still a very patronising reply, and clearly you are a poor representative of this company.
I hope people will read this and be very cautious about ordering from Diet Now.

I haven’t used diet now for a long time. I ordered the usual way and it was delivered in 2days, not bad considering it was weekend when I ordered. The shakes are better than I remember, thought some were gritty before. Must have made them differently a while ago.

I could not believe how quick my order from Diet Now came. I have used Diet Now drinks for some time now to maintain my weight. and always manage to order when there is a half price deal going. I cannot endorse them highly enough.

When I received my order they were only in date for 2 months. And the worst thing was I had a dozen or so live bugs in my box. Needless to say I was straight onto customer service and they were very apologetic, I couldn’t use them so they gave me a full refund. Waiting to hear back about their investigation on the live bugs.

Love the shakes, not too sweet like others. Only on day 2 but feeling motivated.

All the sactchet I received were all expiry in April and they were very thick .
