In shop service - excellent
The in shop service was prompt and Joseph was friendly and helpful. Just to note that the number online on the DID website for checking stock in Limerick is incorrect and this was frustrating.

TV Purchase

Install washing machine & dryer and remove original washer & dryer
Timely, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. The door and side bar had to be reattached after the equipment was installed and Stuart fixed it all in place without any hesitation. He did a great job and am very pleased with the setup in the utility room post install.

Abysmal customer service
The worst customer experience I have ever had.
I placed an online order for delivery on Friday, but called this morning to see if it could be changed to click and collect. I was told by a member of the team that this wouldn’t be a problem and that I could collect it today. I called at 9.30AM in the morning.
Four phone calls later (all of which said that the order had not been picked and they’d call me about an update) and after sending six emails trying to look for an answer, none of which were answered, we ended up driving all the way to the warehouse ourselves to try and get an answer.
The only helpful person throughout the entire experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He genuinely tried his best to help, but unfortunately by that stage the order had already been shipped.
It’s a pity we had to physically drive to the warehouse just to finally get a straightforward answer.
PRO tip for the customer service team: if you tell a customer you’re going to call them back, actually call them back. Communication shouldn’t be this difficult.

Our team did make every effort to try and stop the shipment so that your order could be made available for collection. Unfortunately, by the time this was being arranged, the order had already progressed through the dispatch process and we were unable to intercept it. We completely appreciate that this does not change the frustration caused, and we apologise for the unnecessary trip to the warehouse. We’re sorry that, despite our team trying their best to assist, we ultimately fell short of the level of service you expected.
