Good deal not lost in translation
Having checked online for good deal for fridge/freezer we settled one one and followed up in store to check. Denys in turners cross went to all ends to satisfy our needs pointed out the value to get a bigger model both price and capacity. He apologised for his pronunciation of our address as he is only in the country a short while but he was well able to sell his products regardless and an asset to D.I.D. Well done Denys.

My girlfriend was in your navan store today dealing with a girl named slaine she was extremely friendly helpful and informative gave plenty of time and information about the product that I was buying even though yous didn't have it in store she ordered us one in for Monday greatly appreciated the time and customer service skills wore brilliant

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, bought my fridge freezer online, had emailed 3 times looking for a delivery date, I then had to ring to be told it would be delivered 13 days after ordering. Turns out it was already going to be delivered 5 days after ordering which they didn’t know on the phone. Item arrived but had two massive dents on it and I was offered a 15% discount for the “inconvenience”. I paid a lot of money to be treated that way. This is my third bad experience with DID as each time I liked their product. Very disappointing and frustrating
