When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely friendly and very helpful man called brendan.. he made my shopping experince so easy and quick. And the product i want was just coming back to the warehouse and we could collect it within 2days due to a bank hoilday. Will be back thanks brendan.

I was happy with the service ,the staff ask if you need help instead of me going to them .It was professional and welcoming service and polite staff and very helpful .Very satisfy for my first visit to buy a sandwich toaster compare to other stores and shop.Would give more stars .Well deserve

We have Ben shopping in DID for 30 years now, it is a great Irish owned shop. It has a management team the give a Sam about its employees. This is reflected by the genuine support they receive.
The prices are always competitive and there stock good.
They have and support many local communities in Ireland

Lovely company to purchase electrical items from. Delighted that it was so nearby in Killarney, we didn't have to travel over to Tralee. Great choice of items, found exactly what we wanted at a competitive price, used click and collect, and all went very smoothly, Daniel served us, and asked all the questions of the item we needed, very pleasant and polite. A great experience and would definitely recommend for a great service.

I went in person to clear up a question and got an even more helpful positive service from Emma which definitely encouraged me to buy the appliance I was looking for. I was looking for a large fridge freezer but I couldn't find anything in the shop that met my requirements. A staff member - Denil - was very helpful, he searched online and found a freezer that suited. I ordered the freezer and I am awaiting delivery. Denil was very helpful and spent a lot of time to find what I was looking for.

Mandy went to a lot of trouble to help me pick the best hoover for my budget. The staff in Tullamore are always very helpful

Both Anne and Colm were extremely friendly and helpful. I just hope my fridge arrives in two weeks as planned. I Would use DID Bandon as my first stop for electrical goods based on this experience
