Installation paid, washing machine wabbly after 3 days
Installation paid for and done on friday, by monday washing machine is wabbly already. I was of the understanding they woukd set it properly to avoid wabble so that it does not get damaged as a result, as this would make the warranty void.

Messaged DID to report - would not offer any discount.
Would not recommend buying expensive items that need to be posted unfortunately.

pre order…
no e mail when products were ready for colection,we had to ring to see if they were ready. when we got there staff just took them off the shelves not ready for colection whats the point of pre order then they asked for money when told they were pre ordered big job we have to check even though we had details on phone again whats the point of pre order,

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Bought a fridge. Two week wait time for delivery at time of perchase. No word on delivery after two weeks. Number of phone callas. Promises to get back to me but no word. Eventually a month later was given delivery date. No contact that morning. Rang only to be told it still hadn’t arrived in the country !!!! Got an alternative fridge €50 cheaper. Was delivered and installed. No sign of refund. Two visits to shop and still no refund. Last visit was promised a phone call next day. That was a week ago. Sick to death of whole carry on. Worst experience ever.
