Ordered a chocolate dick and gummies. Never received a second email with the confirmation and tracking number. Attempted to reach out to them by email twice and have not gotten a response.

I placed an order with this company and when I received it it wasn't packaged with the packaging that I had ordered. obviously I was upset because I had ordered it as a birthday gift and I got a Valentine's Day one instead . but customer service was great and immediately refunded my money kudos to them for making things right I will definitely be using the service again there's just something that tickles me pink about a dick in a box made of chocolate

We ordered 8 of these for family and 2 the USPS messed up delivery. They resent new ones out to our family for us. Great customer service.

I was quoted two to four day shipping and now my order isn’t coming until the day after Christmas! I’m pissed. I have reached out to customer service three times and they have not reached back out to me.

Ordered this as a prank for a friend. The process was easy and fast. I messed up on my order and contacted them, fast reply, friendly and very helpful! I will do more business with them!

So I have purchased from the website numerous times and never had an issue everything has been amazing quality. However, my last order I MESSED UP, my phone autocorrected the delivery address and the street name was WAY wrong. I sent a quick email and it was handled in seconds. They could not have made it any easier.

Everything was easy from start to finish. I am hoping that my oldest daughter (20) enjoys her gift of fun! Especially the loveable glitter, because glitter makes everything so much better. Definitely the beginning of a life long battle of pranks!

I made a mistake while inputting my data while ordering,

I emailed Customer service and they were very quick to respond and resolve.

Ordered from them and was forced to pay 2-4 day Express shipping. After it didn't ship after 3 weeks I sent an email. I received nothing back so I followed up with several more emails. I was quite literally begging for a response of any sort. It finally shipped but without tracking information. Took another week and a half to arrive. Then they had the audacity to ask for a review, when I'm not sure anybody is even alive and ticking at this company to read reviews??? This absolutely felt like a scam and I would never buy from them again.

Fun funny practical joke for friends. Takes awhile for delivery but worth the wait!

10 out of 10 even fixed a problem with something that was shipped 9000 miles that was not their fault.

If you order larger sizes, the print on the sweater does not adjust to size and will be as small as the smallest size.
