I recently ordered and made a mistake with where I needed the order shipped. I emailed the company and they got the problem fixed right away. Excellent customer service! Also the prices are great!

Unfortunately, the first order was lost in transport. But customer service is amazing!

I dont know who is writing these reviews but as someone that has been given the run around on an order for over a month, read the bbb reviews. I firmly believe these are false reviews.

Customer service is amazing. My order arrived melted and they were more then happy to replace order and ship to a different address where hopefully it wouldn’t melt again. Would order from them again! 10/10

Customer service is great. I put in the wrong address. Emailed the company and with no issue they asked for the correct address and will be shipping it to the correct address. Awesome company

While the truth is that I have had a difficult time receiving my last order, which was an international delivery, Mr. Dick Richards has been very timely and consistent with his communication with me making multiple attempts to help me resolve it, and satisfy me as a customer. I can always appreciate good customer service!

This company went above and beyond to make my order right!! I ordered a melted penis and a card. When the person got the penis it was completely melted. I contacted the company to see what they can do to help me and they offered a non perishable item at the same price. I didn’t see the messages for 8 days due the message going to spam but they still made it right. I appreciate them doing that. I will most definitely order again!!

I was sending a friend's husband the confetti popper and my friend gave me the wrong address where toh deliver it. I contacted the company right away when I realized it was incorrect and USPS said they were returning it to sender. They got back to me ASAP and fixed MY mistake for me! Best customer service ever!

A great gag gift for any occasion as well as excellent customer service. USPS had my package marked as delivered for four days and they were ready to send me a replacement before it randomly showed up and I caught them before it was sent out. Will recommend and buy from them again.
