Lou Verde in Austin; He was helpful, honest and sincere in getting me the best upgraded watch. We worked physically one on one, then finished the negotiations from 1200 miles away. Never did I question the agreement we settled on. I know that Lou, Seth and Diamonds Direct will back up with any service if needed. I will return to them Lou and Seth in the future for all jewelery purchases.

We had tried to purchase jewelry at a different store, but too many mistakes were being made and we finally tried DD. Wanted to commend Dylan Papaleo for his fantastic customer service in helping us to find a gorgeous anniversary band. He was attentive but not pushy at all, and kept us updated on the ring's status. What a difference! We couldn't beat the price nor the customer service. Very pleased and I will recommend and purchase in the future.

Jordan @ Mt Pleasant is an excellent representative--wonderfully grounded, composed, patient & most pleasant natural demeanor & candor, so pleasing. My time observing other sales staff was no less impressive.

I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Diamond Direct's representative Ginny. After multiple attempts, and failures, in attempting to place an online order, I went to the "chat" box where I encountered this wonderful lady. We both continued to encounter the same issue I had been experiencing, and she suggested she call me to try and work through the problem. I agreed. Though it took longer than we both expected her patience and guidance enabled me to complete my order. Ginny certainly went above and beyond any sales representative I have required assistance from. I am so grateful to have lucked into having her respond to my initial "chat". She is a credit to diamonds direct and I hope her performance review will reflect this. 10/10, and five stars.

Madison was so helpful with my application process for financing. I was having troubles on my own and she was too happy to help. I called Wells Fargo and they weren't able to help, but she came through. She was polite and helpful and most of all, actually wanted to help me. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone other than her in the future.

I went to the location in Dallas and Leslie Greco was who helped me. When I went I had no idea of which commitment ring I wanted and had little experience with jewelry in general. Leslie went out of her way to help me and show me around. She spent lots of time teaching me about diamonds and all things about rings! She never pressured me about any particular ring or price range, which I loved. The ring I chose had to be made and I was very reluctant about how it would turn out but she explained everything to me to calm my fears!! My ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined! If you are looking for jewelry and need someone with tons of experience, lots of patience, super kind, and very helpful then go see Leslie!!! Great experience.

My girlfriend and I came in Saturday morning shopping for an engagement ring. Matthew Clements was our Diamond expert. My girlfriend and I entered very open minded, neither of us knew what we were looking for exactly, I had a vague budget, but my girlfriend is not the type to be moved by large diamonds, how pure the gold is, or how unique the cut may be. Matthew was very knowledgeable, and as we shopped, he kept trying to tie in his and his wife's story into our ring shopping experience, on the surface there is nothing wrong with that, but it was obvious to us he was trying to align his relationship with his wife with ours. At the beginning of our ring shopping experience, his wife was "very picky and designed every detail of the ring" and at the end his wife was "just like your girlfriend, easy going and not very picky". Early on he called my girlfriend "plain" because she wasn’t wearing makeup and didn’t have her nails done (she's a nurse and isn't allowed to have fake or long nails and the constant washing of hands does not lend itself to palm olive-hand-model looking hands). Matthew also kept referring to my girlfriend’s hands as "paws" and I know he wasn't insulting her, but after that "plain" comment, that also rubbed me the wrong way.
When my girlfriend was asked to step out of the room so that Matthew and I could speak about price and how soon I would receive the ring, he kept pushing a financing plan where I would have to open a Wells Fargo account, I was not interested in opening a Wells Fargo account. Matthew also tried to sell us on a certain brand of band, we liked that brand’s bands and never asked to see other band options, but he tried his best to sell us the Diamonds Direct flavor of the week.While him and I spoke, he was pushing a particular diamond and when I said I would have an answer next week he kept doing the age-old salesman tactic of "well I can’t guarantee this diamond will be here next week unless you put money down today”, charming Matthew. My girlfriend doesn't want a natural diamond, each time we brought up lab made diamonds he would wave us away and talk about their deprecating value, how natural diamonds are "unique and natural like your love", and that “you just don’t want that”. He simply would not consider selling us a lab diamond, lest he be some fool’s gold peddler at a bazaar praying on some distant traveler’s ignorance.

My fiancé and I had the opportunity to work with Tang from Diamonds Direct. She was amazing. Super helpful, knowledgeable and worked with our budget for everything. Couldn't say better things about DD and Tang! Will absolutely be back for more jewelry in the future.

I was referred to Diamonds Direct through a friend who has been going there for years. My diamond fell out of my wedding ring while I was at work and thankfully a coworker found it! I took my ring in to have the prongs fixed as well as the diamond put back in. Gai Kranz, the diamond expert, was so welcoming as I entered the store and she took care of everything that I needed. Guy Fellers, the master jeweler, did an amazing job of not only fixing my ring but making it sparkle like it did on the day I first got it! The turn around time was unbelievable quick. I definitely will be going back to Diamonds Direct for all of my jewelry needs and recommend that you try them out too!

My wife was talking one day about a lost starfish necklace that her mother had, it was a matching necklace between the wife's mom and her daughter. She seemed quite upset about it so I decided to search for one and the first place I thought of was Diamonds Direct. With the help of Cindy on the online chat, she helped me find one and arranged for it to be shipped to our local Greenville, SC location where they took excellent care in completing the purchase.

Allison R. at the San Antonio location was so great to work with! She was very thorough with explanations and the process and gave very good pros and cons. We got my engagement ring, fiancés wedding band, and we’re going back to get my band from Allison too. Highly recommend working with her!

I can't say enough about Daniel and Ken in the new Buckhead store in Atlanta. I wanted to update my wedding band and they were a pleasure to work with. They sent me picture of the new ring design to approve, then made a mold, revised the mold to my exact specifications and gave me a great price on my new stone too. Delivered exactly when promised. If you are in the market for something new or redesigned they should be your choice. I am glad they were mine.

I am now into my fifth week and the ring I have ordered still hasn't even shipped. I never get told of any delays unless I chase them down to see what is going on.
Truth be told, I'm still trying to figure out if this is a scam

I’ve recently worked with Ginger Hollifield, and it has been a great experience. She is extremely patient and answered my many questions. She was willing to make changes to my order when I couldn’t make up my mind! She is knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. There are so many places where one can purchase jewelry. It’s nice to have a place where you can count on people who are knowledgeable, patient, understanding and honest. I recommend Ginger and Diamonds Direct highly and without reservation.

I've met Bo Cochran on October 10, 2020, when I decided to purchase 2.5 Karet Diamond at Diamonds Direct for my fiancée at the time. Bo was assigned as the salesperson to help me with my needs, especially understanding of my budget constraints. I recently had a setback with my Fiancée, unfortunately she called it quits on our engagement plans and she returned the ring, which was very expensive, but Bo turn-it all around by presenting me with a positive outcome, by exchanging the engagement for a Submariner Rolex watch. Basically, it was an even exchange with no loss in the value of the ring and no additional cost to me.

I am grateful for Bo’s friendship and understanding my sensitive issues of the engagement breakup. Bo is very thoughtful, and his professionalism is off the charts! In the future if I have the opportunity and get lucky to meet a more suitable companion, only if a second change of falling in love, will go directly to Mr. Cochran because of his mannerisms, honesty and lay-back approach individual. Bo is a beloved human beginning that I will cherish due to my misfortunates as I stated above.

I am blessed to meet a kindred spirit person in my life, that is truly a friend.
