Diamond Brothers Omdömen

Great experience! The staff was extremely professional and helpful. I came for a fix on some leather straps (buckles) and in 3min it was done perfectly. Highly recommend.

Ben did an amazing job repairing my luxury watch. A pleasure to deal with.

The boys at Diamond Brothers have looked after me numerous times - 10/10 service - would recommend to everyone!

Top notch experience with Charlie and the boys at Diamond Brothers. I’d been recommended them by a mate who put me in touch with Charlie. Over the last couple of weeks I’d been working with him to find a piece I’ve had my eye on for a long time. Great communication, easy to engage with and made the experience seamless. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and I won’t be going anywhere else for future purchases.

I’m very happy with my purchase from Diomont Brothers. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and I’m really pleased with the quality of my purchase. The service was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Diomont Brothers to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service.

Always an exceptional experience from beginning to end!!

My partner and I have had the pleasure of buying a few watches from Diamond Brothers over the years, and most recently, we designed and they created our wedding bands. We couldn’t be happier with the result!!!!
Designing our wedding bands was such a special and personal experience for us, and the team took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and brought it to life beautifully.

Every visit to Diamond Brothers feels incredibly special. There is a wonderful balance of luxury, professionalism and warmth, and you never feel rushed or treated as just another customer. The team, Ben Charlie and Harrison, are exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive and passionate about what they do. They’re really a one- stop- shop, we’ve had our polishing and watch services done here too.

Happy we chose you and will continue to choose you 💫💫💫💫💫

Great Service from start to finish, helped us find the exact watch we wanted and communication was fantastic!

Really happy with our purchase,
Thank you Diamond Brothers 💎

We got my mum a really nice watch here and they really looked after us.

5 Stars!

Only place I buy my watches.

Iv purchased a few watches from Ben and Charlie now and they’ve always been fair on price and provided a great service!

The shop is a great experience too, would reccomend to everyone.

I had bought a vintage watch with a missing back. I had gone to 3 other watch specialists to see if they could make a custom back for my watch. They all said it couldn’t be done. Diamond Brothers made the custom back for my watch for a fair price and it looks amazing. I am so incredibly grateful to have found a team and a watchmaker that are so dedicated to their craft. Thank you!

I been with diamond brother so se 2024 and so se then I had my Rolex broke missing diamonds he sorted all of that and polished it free charge and when I was looking for a new watch he got it within a week or 2 and with me the week after I won’t be going any where else

I’ve just bought a fabulous watch from The Diamond Brothers, with a huge variety and a great range of watches to choose from. I’m absolutely delighted with it. The boys Charlie and Ben were lovely to deal with: professional informative and clearly knowledgeable about their watches. A really enjoyable experience. I will highly recommend these boys to all of my friends and colleagues. Excellent Service with so much choice.

Absolutely fantastic experience with guys at Diamond Brothers. 10/10. I will be returning for my next watch!

Excellent transaction, all done remotely as i'm based in Cheshire. Kept me in the loop all the way- sent my Rolex as part ex then he sent the new watch when received . Great experience!

Sold my watch through Diamond Brothers! Definitely the best in the game. Got me £2k more than any other specialist I went to.

Ben, Charlie and Harrison are all genuine guys. As soon as I met them, I could tell they were good people. Straight up and easy to deal with. Rare breed nowadays.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else 🤝

Amazing service, very friendly and great price offered on a part exchange watch. Top top guys.

Amazing service and extremely trustworthy! Purchased my Rolex before they had their new shop, for once I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, they were very welcoming and made sure I knew I could come back if I had any issues. A few months later I had some issues with the clock hands and visited their new shop to see if they could help. The shop is stunning and extremely secure. They couldn’t be more apologetic and got my watch fixed within a few days and sent back, for free! I would recommend diamond brothers to anyone, they have such a great reputation and I believe they would resolve any issues, they clearly care about their customers!

Amazing service, honest advice and now my go too. As a watch collector this is by far the he best service, price and experience I’ve seen. A Daytona Ghost is a serious purchase and I did my usual research. Diamond Brothers are the most genuine dealers I’ve experienced. I will be buying from them again certainly.

Charlie & the guys were amazing throughout the whole experience!
Highly recommend!

Lovely experience with the Diamond Brothers. Super trustworthy and authentic experience. 10/10 would recommend!
