DFS Furniture - White City Omdömen 

Had a very good experience at DFS today. We found our assistant to be friendly, helpful and informative.

I was there this morning, I really appreciated the excellent services from Mr Samir and the other staff.

We purchased sofa bed and 2seat sofa today ,from start looking for the right sofa bed and sofa till we find the one we like nearly over 3 hrs your staff Semir was by our side explaining for each sofa qualities ,types, colour ,manufacturers and cover guarantees everything was perfect Semir is very professional he knows customer’s needs is not only explained about the each product the time he gave us to think choose .he’s beyond expectations and polite happy to help his customers.Very good service.

We were looked after exceptionally well by Ayesha.
She addressed all the points and questions we raised and she had a lovely responsive manner. We both thought she was excellent.

The shop in Westfield has a very good selection and Samir my advisor was great! Very knowledgeable and caring. He ensured i understood the entire ordering process. Was able to sell me upgrades such as the sofa gliders and sofa care.
I am very much looking forward to receiving the couch!

I hadn't shopped in DFS before. I had the impression they were a cheaper brand, but while they ARE affordable, the stock is really nice and of high hand made to order quality. Most impressive is the warm, knowledgeable and thorough customer service. Honestly, second to none in Westfield, Sherpherds Bush. Thanks to Aisha for being so lovely.

Very good service

I visited the DFS branch in Westfield for the first time. I didn't know there was a branch there as I normally go to Brent Cross. Although this branch doesn't have as much furniture on show as the Brent Cross branch they do have excellent sales people that will give you the time to view items on the big screens. I found Ayesha to be very attentive and she exuded warmth of professionalism to me. I was thoroughly happy with my first visit that I went back and placed my order.

Samir was so amazing, very helpful and professional. He welcomed us to the store and made us feel comfortable. I thank him for his patience and his time with us from the minute we walked in to when we placed our order.

Love it and right conformation sofa

The lady That helped me , was so easy to talk to, made all the time for me , never felt rushed ever . So Patient and helped with all my measurements and answered every email also she was very thoughtful as I never got my delivery of samples for the sofa I chose and they wasn’t in her store ,but in her own time she came across the sofa I wanted and took pictures of the samples from another store, and emailed them to me.
Tbh if she didn’t do that I wouldn’t have ordered the sofa.
So big thank you to all your help and advice.
