The service was great. Really attentive and knowledgeable staff who weren't pushy in any way. A nice experience all round.

Friendly, helpful service from a young man who was very patient with all my questions. Despite the fact their closing time was looming at no point did he try to pressure me or hurry me up. As a result I was able to completely satisfy myself that I have made the right choice of sofa and am looking forward to receiving it very much in due course.

Positive responsive and informative service from the team member serving us. Efficient and made the experience seamless. Customer service shows DFS employ the right people with the right customer experience.

Steve was the salesman. He was very pleasant and allowed us the time to browse through the settees on display, without being pushy, whilst we made our decision. Waterlooville shop is well laid out.

The salesman, Troy, was very succinct in supplying all information about the product and services supplied and making sure we were completely happy before continuing with our purchase. He did not rush us and was happy to answer any questions we had. A very professional salesman. We were happy with the overall experience.

Walked into the Waterlooville store on bank holiday Monday were greeted by Steve, who has the most complete customer service skills i have ever heard, very professional and extremely understanding to my needs.
We were very honest with him from the get go, that we were looking at other stores and he was not pushy or grumpy unlike some other stores are.
Steve spent a lot of time with us and listening to everything i wanted.
We returned later that day to have another peek and decided to take the measurements home, to see what fitted as its completely different to what you see in store. Thanked Steve again with a promise to return.
Went back on Tuesday the 1st September 2026, waited for Steve,as i think he deserved it after the day befor, had another chat, felt very comfortable with my decisions and made a complete purchase.
Steve is an extremely great asset to DFS, whos professionalism is beyond words

We have been looking at various lounge seating combinations and settled on the one from DFS. The tea, at waterlooville were excellent. Never used us at any of our two visits. On the day we ordered the combination we settled on the Waterlooville store manager, Reece and Steve who processed our order were very professional and knowledgeable. Great service and we are looking forward to a great product. Everything was clearly explained, checked and the Steve got a colleague to double check everything with us. Really excellent experience. Well done to Reece and his team.

Steve was so helpful and accommodating, incredible customer service. He was so informative and listened to what we needed when finding the right solution for us.

Bought two of two sweater settees a year ago but although protected them well noticed a wear patch on the right corner of the back rest, all are recliners but apparently told every time you recline you need to align the right from left seater although connected, had a DFS visit to view today to look at the wear patch apparently not covered under warranty! Advised to contact Guardsman which warranty we were advised to take out! Don’t believe the DFS warranty is any good, always bought from them this is the third settee however not again. Don’t believe the sales

Went to DFS Waterlooville today to buy a new corner suite and Myles could not have been anymore helpful in explaining all our options including guarantees care package and delivery.Very happy with the customer service and our purchase. Also a large choice of lounge furniture in the store.
