Went in and staff ask if we needed…
Went in and staff ask if we needed help, we said no we just want to browse. Staff left us alone with no pressure and left us look and try the sofas. When we had decided what we want the staff did not apply any pressure to make a sale. I spent 3k with no hard sell and got a couple of very nice coffees
Would I go back? Hopefully not if the product is as advertised - I should be dead by then😀

Bought a new sofa today, fantastic service from Mike. Explained everything in detail checked and double checked everything with us.
Biggest thing for me Mike didn’t push the sale, was like talking a to friend. Keep doing what your do!

We dealt with a lady called Sue in the Warrington branch. Absolutely lovely lady didn’t rush us in anyway sat with us and helped us make our decision with the couch and colour schemes.
