Super service from Steve, easy to chat to, we didn't feel pressured to buy. A really nice relaxing shopping experience.

Our sofa buying experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff at Truro were very informative and helpful. The service was extremely thorough without feeling under pressure.
We visited the store a couple times before making a decision and on each occasion the staff were very friendly and cheerful.
Mariangela talked us through every step of our purchase and gave us all of the options available to us.

The shop experience was easy staff very helpful my only issue not with DFS is the fact that we haven’t had any updates on our delivery it would be nice to at least have an email from the delivery company with an estimated date

The place was quiet, well-lit and nicely laid out. All the staff were really friendly, approachable and, most importantly, not pushy at all.

Dan was the staff member who helped me, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was really friendly and genuinely listened to all my wants, likes and dislikes, and what I was looking for in a sofa. He took the time to understand what I actually wanted rather than just trying to sell me something.

Dan was really knowledgeable and talked me through all the ins and outs, answering all my questions and giving me helpful advice without ever putting any pressure on me. He came across as really genuine, personable and passionate about helping me find the right sofa.

He guided me perfectly and I’m really happy with the sofa I chose. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and completely stress-free.

We went in asking about the Mia sofa, when they didnt have it in, they showed a sofa of similar firmness, which we didnt like. We then looked at the Euphoria for the colour we wanted, and thisnis the sofa we decided on. Staff in truro are really helpful and give yoi the time and space you need when deciding on your sofa!
