DFS Furniture - Taunton Omdömen 

The salesman was polite, un-pressuring and very helpful when assistance was needed.
\i would even say it was a surprisingly enjoyable afternoon in the Taunton branch

We firstly went into DFS on 25th. Lawrence greeted us and allowed us to browse at leisure. He pointed out which sofas were available in the required colour and gave us prices and delivery details.
We returned on 26th and again we were greeted by Lawrence and ordered two sofas. Throughout our transaction Lawrence was extremely helpful, polite and patient.

Such knowledgeable and helpful staff. Asked a lot of questions to ensure the right products were offered and received.

Visited Taunton branch of DFS today looking for a sofa and with the useful help and knowledge of the sale assistance Kyle we left with the perfect sofa for us

Given plenty of time to browse the shop before being approach by staff, which I personally prefer.
The whole process of buying from the store was timely and seamless.

Dave who was excellent in the way he dealt with my husband and myself. He went through everything step by step. There was no pushing us for a quick sale. We asked him questions and, there were a lot, but he took time with us to make sure we were happy with his responses. Yes Dave is a very knowledgeable member of your staff and definitely an asset to your company.

We were offered help on entering the store in Taunton by Alan, but we’re just Browsing. However, when we asked for some assistance later on, Alan was politely, helpful and very knowledgeable regarding our questions, even offering up suggestions for a Battery power pack so you don’t have electric cables running across the floor. Great helpful service with no ‘Sales pressure’ 👍🏻😃

Excellent advice and overall service in the Taunton store. Easy to talk to sales people, not pushy. Very helpful, moving furniture around for us. Recommended a nice place for lunch… Great complimentary coffee in store too!

They convinced me to buy a sofa in store in the colour i didnt see.Sean made sure i buy it with them inside the store knowing i was not sure of the colour.When it arrived the colour was not good.I went to furniture village for advise and they said if sofas are bought online you can return them without high fees which i didnt know and i went to dfs i told them what furniture village said and Sean and Mark who is the manager said its none of their business and they are not obliged to give customers that information and that if i don't like the sofas i have to pay £ 820 for them to take them back .I pleaded with them and no mercy.Im a single mum and they took all my savings.I wouldn't advise to buy from these people ,no empathy whatsoever.

Came in this morning to have a look at some sofas Alan showed us round some latest recliner sofas showed us how they work and connect upto Bluetooth very helpful fantastic service

Lawrence was very helpful and provided great customer service. This was our third visit to DFS and this time we knew what sofa we would be purchasing.

Lovely warm reception from Kyle when entering the store. We were then left to browse the stock in our own time. Once we'd decided to go ahead with the purchase, Kyle was on hand to answer our questions and provided useful information about the product we'd chosen. The sale was handled in a professional manner whilst keeping the transaction jovial. A very pleasant experience and looking forward to our delivery.
