We recently visited DFS and were assisted by Kerry, and we couldn't be more impressed! After looking around several similar stores, we decided to go with DFS. Kerry was friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the products, different styles, and fabrics, and also more than happy to answer any questions we had. Kerry had excellent customer service skills and never once made us feel pressured into a sale, which is what we have experienced at other stores. Jack at the Hedge End store was extremely helpful
Jack at the Hedge End store was very helpful when I went in to purchase a new mattress. He listened when I said I wanted a mattress that wouldn’t make me hot. I showed him a photo of the label on my current and he took note of the product features and advised which of the mattresses were the closest match. After trying 4 mattresses I made my choice and eagerly await its delivery.

Great experience
Very good customer service from Jumehra, didn’t come over and hassle us, waited and was doing some work until we asked. When she came over, was very polite and offered everything but wasn’t pushy or trying to oversell.
