I went into the branch with a few options in mind and unsure what I wanted . Amina greeted me and gave me some time before she showed me my options on the tv . We came TO DFS for a recliner chair.
We came TO DFS for a recliner chair and were served by a very nice assistant who was both very polite and knowledgeable. He didn't pressurise us in any way and was very friendly. Very happy to have completed a sale and we left with a smile.

My experience with DSF was good , I knew what sofa I wanted so I went in store so I could see how comfortable it was. Adam was one of the staff members that approached us . He was extremely friendly and helpful.
