Welcoming staff
Welcoming staff. However a serious injury could have happened due to negligence. The staff who witnessed the incident was very professional, apologetic, dedicated to correct this issue straight away as I saw her do. 👏👏. I will be inspecting the store again and further my actions if it’s not all rectified.

We had a fantastic experience with the salesman at DFS. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and provided the best service throughout our visit. He made sure we ordered exactly what we expected, clearly explained all of the available options, and guided us through everything with genuine care and professionalism. The aftercare products offered by Jason was also amazing, which made the whole experience even better. Such a warm, welcoming, and helpful service from start to finish — highly recommended!
