I recently visited the DFS showroom in Salisbury and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough, specifically thanks to Ben.
From the moment I walked in, Ben struck the perfect balance between being helpful and giving me space to explore. I never felt pressured or "sold to," which is a rare find in furniture shopping. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different ranges, helping me understand the pros and cons of various fabrics and configurations to ensure I found the perfect fit for my living room.

We knew what we wanted when we attended the store. The sales rep was accommodating to our wishes, showed other options. He explained the T’s & c’s and expected delivery time.

No hard sell, quick and easy buying experience
I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and it was a quick and easy process. The salesman was very helpful and accommodating and didn’t do a hard sell on anything, which was appreciated.

Buying a sofa & two chairs
