I went to hedge end first to look at the sofa I wanted as Salisbury didn’t stock it ,the chap that dealt with me at hedge end was very helpful not pushy gave me the information I needed,I then went to Salisbury and ordered my sofa ,the chap who served me was vey good I felt very relaxed and happy with everything

We were given time to walk round the…
We were given time to walk round the store unhurried. I asked the Staff about the item we wanted and then were told that what we needed was in a certain part of the store and were left to try and discuss between in private. Once chose, we engaged with the sales staff who were courteous throughout answering the questions we had. There were no pushy sales tactics. On deciding to purchase all the options were discussed and we were given all the information neeeed to make an informed choice

Excellent customer service from the Salisbury store
Over the last few days I have been in and out of the Salisbury Store to choose and order a sofa, I have had excellent service from Ben and the rest of the team. They were attentive without being pushy and nothing was too much trouble with everything being checked and explained in full to me.

Great sofa, poor delivery experience
DFS itself were really good. Helpful store assistants and easy purchase process. Sofa quality is excellent and very comfy.
What let it down was the delivery experience through the sofa delivery company. Only 2/3’s of the corner sofa ware delivered due to incorrect loading of the delivery van. This was not made aware until 20 mins prior to delivery, by the delivery drivers who were told I was made aware earlier. Still awaiting the final part of the sofa and care kit.
