We had such a good experience
We had such a good experience! Richard (I think that was the assistants name! He got us hot chocolates and was talking to us about the option of getting a rug with the sofa we ordered) was professional but also made things really straight forward and easy. He explained everything perfectly and was really helpful. Would highly recommend this store due to the service we’ve received!

I had visited other sofa companies previous to DFS and what I liked about your customer services was you left people to have a look at their own pleasure and wasn’t pushy in anyway. My 76 year old mum got a sofa which was ex display the sofa was fine to look at but wireing wasn’t checked , waited over a week for delivery and cost £120 delivery was brought today and wires for recliner had burnt owt !

Heather was amazing!
Heather was amazing as she assisted us with our purchase, guided us through the finance procedure and what to expect going forward and how to manage it within our budget and circumstances. She was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns we had. We felt really welcome and our time felt appreciated. I will definitely be recommending the Rotherham location and specifically Heather's customer service to family and friends.
