Very satisfied
We found exactly what we wanted very easily. The person who took my order explained everything in detail and answered any questions that I had. Very easy to order, I chose to have the insurance which was very reasonable.
The salesperson was really nice and very helpful. Great price too.

We were able to look around freely without any hard sell pushiness. When we needed advice we were given it. Ben was polite and explained our options clearly. We have ordered a new sofa which we hope will be comfortable and last a long while.

Amazing deal and astounding customer service
I visited the store in Peterborough today yp see what kind of sofa I wanted and liked and there are so many options out there. I went I to the clearance section and there was a sofa I knew had to be mine, but I didn't have time to go through the motions whilst in the store (I wasn't expecting to stumble across a sofa i was dead set on so quickly!). So I went about my day and came home and used the online chat, and I spoke to a wonderful lady called Louise, she checked it was still there and was really friendly and down to earth and she was excited for me, her customer service was astounding! It was like my friend was helping me! Anyway, she got me a great deal and I have come away from the transaction feeling so happy about the purchase, thank you Louise, I dont think I would have done it if you hadn't have called me.
