Great service. Comfy sofa.
So helpful and polite. The young lady who helped me several times was fabulous. I had to wait a long time for my delivery but I knew that when I ordered it. Got money off also as the price went down whilst waiting.

The raised stitching design on the sofa…
The raised stitching design on the sofa is so hard that it hurts the calves of my legs when in the reclined position. Therefore it is very uncomfortable.

The sales rep was superb
The sales rep was superb - no hurry, answered all my questions well - was helpful in that she identified my requirement and offered alternatives, not more expensive but targeted accurately. I was offered coffee, biscuits etc and she made sure the financial aspects of my purchase were explained fully and when I told her I would by paying the full amount immediately she kindly offered me a further financial benefit. To summarise a pleasant, very well managed experience.
