The sales rep was superb
The sales rep was superb - no hurry, answered all my questions well - was helpful in that she identified my requirement and offered alternatives, not more expensive but targeted accurately. I was offered coffee, biscuits etc and she made sure the financial aspects of my purchase were explained fully and when I told her I would by paying the full amount immediately she kindly offered me a further financial benefit. To summarise a pleasant, very well managed experience.

Dan made us feel very welcome, great hospitality and took his time on making sure we knew all the details, He did not shy away from any questions we threw at him and answered them very well with detailed knowledge and professionalism.
