As a first-time buyer with DFS, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process.

Disappointing After Sales
Very disappointed with the service we received. After placing the order the assistant assured us she would call with a follow up. I received an email to say DFS are expecting my sofa only to receive a phone call a week later to say it wasn’t ordered which has now put my delivery date back. All nice to you in the shop but after sales is non existent!

Excellent customer service from Dennis and Brian
We were greeted by Brian at the Nottingham store who helped us to find the sofa I'd seen online and the colour options. Dennis then came over for the purchase, he was absolutely lovely.
