Lovely settee and chair ,with foot stool
Visited dfs today ,seen a settee deal l liked ,with a foot stool,and decided to have matching chair ,staff were not bothering me while looking answering any questions l had ,when l had made my choice Pam came over and talked me through everything, all about what the settee does and chair ,has they both recline ,chair had heated seat ,even made me a latte, she was very nice would highly recommend her to anyone .

Would highly recommend
Very helpful staff. Let us browse at our own pace and were there to help us when needed. We felt no pressure to buy at any stage. When we chose a sofa the salesman talked us through everything very well. Lovely shop , lovely staff and a great experience all round. Would highly recommend.

Very attentive
Very attentive. Lovely and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was pressure of trying to persuade me to buy extra products even though I'd said no and that was no fault of salesman. It's what they're told to do. Salesman was lovely.
