The personal touch. We had been in the store previously and thankfully been educated rather than sold at. Even though this was to be a major purchase for us and we had looked around, we felt the quality of the product was good and the advice given was honest. The lovely young lady called charlene in the kings lynn branch was very helpful had plenty of time to talk to me and deal with what i needed. BUT THE OTHER YOUNG LADY WORKING WITH HER NEEDS TALKING TO VERY BLUNT YOUNG WOMEN GLAD I NEVER HAD HER AS I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT AND YOUR SALE WOULD HAVE BEEN LOST.

Had a really good experience in the Kings Lynn branch. Went into the store 27/6 add asked questions regarding a corner sofa I saw online. Think his name was Adam who dealt with us and forwarded on all the information so we could go home and measure up. Returned to store 28/6 and Colin completed the sale. Again friendly, informative and made it easy.

I was really confused about furnitures for recently purchased house, the lady in dfs Hardwick,King's lynn really helped me,gave me almost 2 hours, showed detailed varieties of furnitures according to our priorities, also helped me with some guidance for interior. At the end, I found all my questions answered and got deals which sounds unrealistic with qualityful furnitures. I really appreciate the service.
