DFS Inverness does it again!
Fee/Fi (not sure how to spell it as I didn’t look at her lanyard properly!) and Barbara were incredibly helpful and patient with us as we were back and forth over deciding which sofa to go for and what deals they presented. As we’d brought in a 4 month old each time, they were both very understanding and kind in our interactions. This is the third time we’ve chosen DFS and the first time we’ve actually chosen a sofa in person (yay COVID) and we were so grateful to not feel rushed to make a decision. Thank you both, you’re an asset to the company!

We had a nice time at DFS inverness with Fisayo yesterday. Detailed explanation with Sofa care and breakdown of price. Kid friendly. Good marketing strategy.
