DFS Furniture - Hanley Omdömen 

Before visiting DFS, we looked around several furniture showrooms, but none of them met our expectation and excellent customer service we received at DFS. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome and well looked after.

Linzi was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the perfect sofa and other furniture for our home. She explained everything clearly, including the available options, the ordering process, and how to care for and maintain our furniture. She never rushed us and gave us plenty of time to make the right decision.
Even during the billing process, she was kind, helpful, and made everything smooth and stress-free.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend DFS, especially Linzi, to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and quality furniture.

Ross was very knowledgeable and helped my mum understand her options. Staff were all very pleasant and not pushy. In the end mum has bought a really nice sofa which I think she'll be pleased with.

We were looking specifically for a riser recliner chair. We were shown a couple of options but were undecided. The assistant was helpful without being pushy...we decided to check out another store nearby, couldn't find anything suitable & returned.. purchased the one we liked in a different colour than the one on display. Very happy with our choice & look forward to delivery.

I was greeted politely at the door and made aware that I was able to ask for assistance. The salesman was always close to hand and as soon as I had question he was genuinely happy to help! I was able to browse freely with no pressure. There were not too many salespeople jumping on me, and making cringey smalltalk which I hate. The sale was quick, clear and job done. I felt like a valued customer. I had sofas 14 years ago from here and they were great quality!! I would not hesitate to go back. I would seek out the same salesman if possible.....the right balance of chatty and genuine but not overfriendly.

Not pressured whilst in store, we were only browsing to start with but we then saw a sofa we really liked and John looked after us from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable about sofa and protective products.

The sales person was professional and advised us how to order the furniture online if we decided to order it, to save returning which was perfect.

Beth who welcomed us to the store and she talked to us about various offers in the store, we were then shown leather sofas of which we were interested and also various finance options that are available to us she was very professional and polite at all times we purchased a leather sofa and we were very happy with the service provided.

The representative was very professional and helpful providing as much information as possible.
