Pleasant experience
Lovely greeting by Emma who left us to browse but was close by if I needed any information. I did not feel uncomfortable or under pressure to make a purchase. Emma went out of her way to find me exactly what I wanted within my budget, dimensions and style. She gave my partner and I time to chat and had a lovely coffee. Emma talked us through the whole process from purchase to delivery.

Well that was a shock experience for me(in a good way)none of the suites I thought I loved seeing online I quickly changed my mind viewing them in the showroom so I’m now soo glad I visited that showroom today or I’d have regretted it lol .Big shout out to Scott at the London Road DFS branch.Now I’m not one for being pressured,I’ve abandoned purchases & walked out other stores for that very reason but not once did I feel that today (I’m quite a nervous person)so for that simple reason alone I can’t thank him enough!Plus I just couldn’t make my mind up out of 2 we eventually got down to but his knowledge & experience really helped me with that.He explained everything which made what I thought was going to be a very overwhelming experience into a very well relaxed one,that’s why I’d give him a 20/10 lol cheers Scott ure a legend 🫶
