DFS Furniture - Darley Dale Omdömen 

A lady asked us if we needed help but we were still wandering around. We then tried a few recliners and were 95% sure we had found the one. Steve then came to us, showed us a couple of others and the different available fabrics.He was very helpful without being pushy and as someone who owns a shop, customer service is very important to me. He brought us a coffee and went through all the options. This is the third suite we have bought from your store in 34 years, we don’t even look anywhere else.
I also wanted to mention how lovely and clean the ladies loo was.

The first person who showed us around led us to the more expensive sofas and seemed to dismiss many of our ideas. Secondly we were helped by April who was warm & friendly and worked with us to find the right sofa. Thank you April.
Sofa yet to be delivered so unable to comment further.

I went in looking for a new table for my first home and I had such an amazing experience. Sam who sold me the table was bubbly and such a lovely person to deal with. She wasn’t pushy or anything and let me decide for myself which is exactly what I needed in such a big decision! Thank you Sam !!

We came with a specific criteria for our new sofa and chair
Upon entering, April introduced herself and escorted us to the one we’d seen online.
April was a fantastic guide through the maze of ‘same but different’ she even moved the coffee tables from other displays to give us more of a visual representation
From cleaning the sofa to plumping it’s cushions I actually had a lovely morning out and bought the sofa of my dreams

Pleasant atmosphere, courteous treatment, not rushed, everything explained. no pressure.Sales staff efficient , took there time , excellent service

We were seen to by an asian lady called PRASANTHI who could not have been more helpful. We were allowed to explore the shop with no interruptions and when we did order the lady was very thorough and extremely helpful indeed with no attempt at 'hard selling'

Friendly welcome but no pressure. We found exactly what we were looking for and got all the information we required from the salesman Steve. He gave us plenty of time to think things over and answered all questions we had .

Had a lovely Man called Gary who helped me find a sofa ,even though it was not my first choice it's a better one for me. I would recommend anyone who is getting a new sofa ask for Gary in the Darly Dale store.

Gary was both knowledgeable, helpful and patient , nothing too much trouble and no hard sell.

Gary made my DFS purchase that bit easier, felt not pushy at all and good conversation about the product
