DFS Furniture - Colne Omdömen 

We walked in and was given a nice welcome by Faz and was told if we need anything just to ask. That is what we like very much and we relaxed and was able to shop she answered our questions confidently and again let us carry on looking but we knew she was there when we needed her. When we decided which sofa we wanted Faz went through the agreement and told us about the extras we could get but again was not the pushy salesperson you sometimes can get. All in all we felt it was our decision to buy what we bought and not pushed into anything. Thank you and would recommend

I visited DFS Colne 02/08/2026. I was pounced upon by over eager sales staff (Veronika) who I now know to be the General Manager. I was stalked all the way around the store by her. I initially went with a DFS wishlist on my phone, a budget in mind & no intention of making a there & then purchase. Veronika pursued me around the store & made me feel I had to make a purchase there & then. I was a single, young woman alone & I feel this was taken advantage of. None of the items on my wishlist were in store to view. Instead of talking me through the options I wanted to view Veronika showed me the highest priced sofa in store which would fit into my small house. As I felt by this point I could not leave without a purchase, I left having purchased a sofa twice my intended budget. I contacted DFS to cancel the order & they then had Veronika call me directly. I was spoken to in am appalling way & when I asked to speak to someone higher or have my issue escalated Veronika advised me there wad nobody higher authority than her I could deal with at DFS. I eventually terminated the call due to Veronikas attitude towards me. I would not recommend DFS Colne to anyone!
