The young lady who served me in store was so pleasant and friendly, without putting any pressure on me!
I’ve forgotten her name but she was pregnant and soon to go on maternity leave!
The whole process was easy and quick I was very pleased and look forward to having my new sofa delivered!

A staff member introduced themself when we entered, asked if we wanted any help we said we were just looking for now, she explained the lay out of shop, then left us too it, this is how we like to shop, when we were ready we called her over, 😀
