We had a fantastic experience at DFS thanks to Matt. He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions patiently and helped us find the perfect chair. We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and really appreciated Matt’s excellent customer service. Great service from Greg in the Chester store.
He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, managed to find us exactly what we needed without any stress or hassle!
Would highly recommend anyone to go and see Greg if they are not quite sure what they are looking for or if something would work as he really did have a stack knowledge which helped us massively
