Great experience no hard sell gave us space this is our 4th suite from DFS Joe was very pleasant and helpfull

Gentleman in store who dealt with our purchase very friendly and helpful he had been there may years and think he sold us our previous sofa 12 years earlier, the lady he asked to check everything with us to make sure everything was correct was not very friendly, she wasn't rude as such but just didn't get a good vibe. When we first arrived staff wasn't too pushy felt like we could really look around and find the sofa we liked without being hassled which really suits me. Found a sofa I loved came in a little more than I expected once the extras were added on. Delivery was quicker than expected and could not fault the delivery men. They set up the sofa took all the wrapping away and were very quick. Only downside is we never received the cleaning kit we paid for. Tried to call customer services a couple of times on separate occasions within a few weeks of delivery but was told both times systems were down and to call back later. Didn't call back a 3rd time.

Plenty of choice of sofa.
Salesman on hand and helpful but not following you about or springing on you as soon as you walk through door,

We paid for installation but our sofa was delivered without a power pack , nearly 3 weeks on and trying to arrange a delivery time for it with the General Manager at Carcroft is hard work . We have paid for the installation - will update on the final outcome.

It seems petty but in 2026 asking someone to take a day off work and be in all day isn’t fair - after all when DFS wished to deliver we were given a date and a time slot which we obliged and took delivery .

Also a small hole in the sofa which we need looking at.

No pushy sales person, following you around the shop floor. I have in past walk out of the shop for that reason.

Quick easy painless.. staff found me a piece of dining furniture. Made sure the measurements were correct and would fit in my space and sorted my credit in less than 45mins...

My telephone order the assistant was really friendly polite helpful and informative

The guy at Carcroft store was very helpful and not pushy. Didn't have what I wanted on the shop floor so showed me sofa that I could make it to want I wanted.
