Ordered our new sofa today
Ordered our new sofa today, sales team where very friendly, and not at all pushy, we dealt with Colin who was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we asked, when sofa arrived 2 cushions where wrong, we contacted the showroom, and was told it was our fault, even though we didn't order this colour, Colin the salesman, was very rude and patronising towards my partner, should have guessed this,as he told us not to forget the review, as he gets a bonus from these, collected the cushions today, walked through door, and another gentleman was complaining, approached the salesman (Colin), to ask why he was rude to my partner turned around and walked into his office, definitely wouldn't order from this salesman AGAIN,

Salesman Dean was not pushy and he helped us choose the correct sofa bed. The other items we purchased, we knew about, but he was still helpful and attentive to our needs.
Great discount over the bank holiday weekend which helped us save on our bulk items.
