We called at the Birstall store today…
We called at the Birstall store today and ordered our new sofa. The showroom was well displayed, flour sales person Dan was really informative, he took time to talk us through fabrics and configurations. He took time and was very patient when I changed my choice completely and was extremely patient and understanding making sure we was completely happy with our decision. Great service all around and we are looking forward to receiving our sofa.

Friendly staff who didn’t hassle you when looking around. We spoke to a member of staff about the style of sofa we were looking for and he took us round the ones which were the type we were after. He was very helpful and answered our questions without hesitation.

Great experience at DFS in Birstall. Sam was brilliant from start to finish — really informative, friendly and easy to talk to, without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured into buying anything.
He answered all our questions, gave us plenty of time to look through the different options and made the whole process really straightforward and relaxed.
Really happy with our purchase and the service we received. Would definitely recommend asking for Sam if you’re visiting!

The staff were great GOLD STAR
The staff were great. Very helpful. Answered all my daft technically questions, took the time to explain all options for paying, I didn’t fell pressured into buying anything.
which is why she landed a sale of £3,500.
I think the lady that helped us was Lynn(she works part time) and she couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10

Great experience in your Birstall retail park store . Lynne the sales assistant was excellent from start to finish . I calledin briefly on Friday with my daughter for information on a sofa and returned on Saturday to purchase the sofa . It was definitely service with a smile and a few laughs , she went through everything in detail and nothing was too much bother . Some furniture stores are very hard sell and don’t always know the product they are selling !!it was a refreshing change to have a very relaxed non pushy experience.I would have walked out of the store if the sales assistant had been too pushy .I can honestly say that this was without doubt the best sales experience ever and that was due to Lynne and her very relaxed and accommodating attitude . Well done.. I will definitely be back in the future as and when I need a new sofa.

The lady who served me was so lovely! I wasn’t sure the first time I visited the store but she went above and beyond to help me decide what would work best!
After looking wise where I came back and honestly was due to her help! Again she helped me choose the right size and double checked all of my questions! She was so lovely!
