Staff that she served as her name is Summer she is wonderful, given good advice, she is helpful.

Greeted on arrival by Jimmy after we looked around he helped with any questions we had and got the sale in.

The assistant was really helpful pleasant. Answered all my questions as well just chatting in general made me feel comfortable was very patient. Made it so easy

Jimmy did not rush me ha allowed me time to try out all the furniture I wanted to try he was very helpful and answered all my questions Didn't feel pressurised to decide then and there

She was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us all the information we needed without ever being pushy or making us feel pressured into making a decision.

Summer greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived . She was knowledgeable about the products, the various fabrics and how to look after them. Summer made herself discreetly available without pressurising us into making any decisions and patiently answering any questions and queries.

Jimmy did an amazing job looking my after us and ensuring we understood exactly what we were buying and that it was right for us. From greeting us into the store to the purchase it was a great service.

We attended the Birmingham branch. Sandra was extremely helpful and patient, especially as we had our 5 year old with us. We were only disappointed we couldn't come back to complete the purchase through Sandra. Summah and Anwar were great. We got to the store at 7.30pm and they were patient and helpful in completing the purchase for us. It was quick and easy and we're looking forward to having our 3rd DFS sofas in our home.
