I had a wonderful experience being served by Sarah, who was so well informed about the collections in store and gave fantastic advice when purchasing. Sarah was ever so patient aswell as knowledgeable. The sofa selections at DFS never fail to disappoint, and the quality and craftsmanship has kept me a returning customer for over 20 years! I was a little unsure this time about what to go for or even if I should keep what I have, but Sarah spent time to understand what sort of sofas I like and need and recommended accordingly. I visited the store three times before proceeding and each time she helped with colour selection which I changed twice, along with measurements of the sofas by emailing me what I chose to be able to measure at ease at home without having to trawl through the website, and I then was ready to proceed with the purchase. Thank you Sarah! Wish you all the best! And DFS is excellent sofa selections! From one very happy customer once again!

DFS customer service and support was truly appreciated when we purchased two rise and recline individual chairs for my parents. The attendant was respectful and helpful paying particular attention to the health needs of my parents before advising which products were most suitable. They were both able to try out the products and use the rise and recline features for themselves. We cannot fault the whole experience.

Great service at this store, right from entering the store up to ordering the sofa. I had seen the sofa I liked online, and although it wasn’t available in store, we were shown options with the same cushion firmness, depth, seat height etc. We were given space and plenty of time to look around freely, but also helped out with our questions. Would definitely return here in the future.

Customer service was good overall, but realised on coming home and checking items brought that there were other options available which I was not informed of when in the store e.g manual recliner single seater or a normal single seater which was cheaper.

Rang DFS and spoke to them about the limited information given and was able to have order rectified .

We visited the Birmingham DFS branch to choose and purchase a sofa and honestly experienced the most incredible customer service from start to finish. Erum could not have done enough for us, she was warm, kind, compassionate and so genuine in the way she cared about our needs. She was never pushy or overly sales focused, instead she gave us the time, space and guidance to choose what truly felt right for us, which made the whole experience feel personal, comfortable and stress free. We walked in feeling overwhelmed and unsure, but left feeling happy, positive and excited, all because of the care, empathy and passion Erum showed throughout our visit.
The products and sofas she recommended were absolutely perfect and worth every penny, and her knowledge and honesty made us trust every suggestion she gave. We also noticed she had an amazing boss, she gave a lot of respect to and he equally very understanding and supportive whenever she needed anything, he also came to meet us and reassured us about the whole process. Erum followed and everything ran smoothly. It was lovely to see such strong leadership alongside such exceptional customer care. It is rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression through pure kindness and outstanding service, but Erum did exactly that. She is an absolute credit to DFS and because of this experience we will not only recommend the Birmingham branch to all our friends and family, but will also return ourselves for future purchases. Irum was absolutely fantastic throughout the process.She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. she guided us through the process without rushing and helped us choose our dream sofa. TBH, we did not go there to finalise today but the package she offered was too good to say no.The store manger was also exceptional . Overall, a truly brilliant service .

Bally from the Birmingham store was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. He gave use enough space to comfortably explore the store and try the range, but was always on hand in case we had questions. Very happy with the service and looking forward to receiving our sofa.
