The staff were very friendly and let's us browse freely and when we were ready to make our purchase, they helps sort out the finance and explained everything very clearly.

I would recommend DFS to anyone looks furniture

I can't remember the sales assistants name but I think it was Thomas and he was very friendly and put us at ease

Thomas was fantastic at the Boucher road store, he was thorough and showed us every sofa in the show room that met our requirements and colour options we could pick from- when wanting to change the layout of the sofa that was no hassle and he was able to do this for us also, would highly recommend him to anyone needed a sofa or bed - great customer service. We bought previously with another sofa brand and we will use DFS in the future.

We had a great salesman today - Connor. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the space we needed as a family to discuss our choices. He was very easy to talk to and helped us decide which was the best sofa for us. He wasn’t pushy at all, something which we really liked. He made the whole experience very easy - I hope he is recognised in the team for his professionalism .

Great service friendly staff

I purchased my last 2 sofas from DFS so when I was looking to change my current sofa DFS was the first and only stop. I love the way all sofas are presented like complete living rooms. It makes it easy to choose. And Connor was brilliant from listening to what I wanted and explained everything about the sofa I'd picked. He explained everything simply from getting rid of minor spills to calling insurance company for bigger problems. Nothing was too much trouble. I also purchased 3 tables to go in my living room which Connor helped me to choose what colour suited. But ultimately it was my choice. I also purchased a kitchen table. Everything in the shop is of high quality.

We knew what we wanted when we went in but wanted to shop around a bit first. Connor helped us and we ended up buying the sofa we had our eye on, he talked us through everything and was very personable and knowledgeable

Salesperson was excellent. Not pushy just full of information and could tailor the experience to us. Felt we had a great experience and ended up ordering from DFs

Sean was nice and friendly and told us all about the 2 x3 piece suites we ended up ordering to be delivered along with a footstool. We changed our minds and went for a more comfortable set and he was happy to change it without any problems. Dfs has a lot of sofas and suites to choose from but Sean was amazing.

I visit DFS today to buy corner sofa the staff were very helpful any questions they answer for me 100 % excellent customer service i would recommend to my friends I am very happy customer.

The girl that served us had excellent knowledge, she was so helpful but didn’t have a hard sale which was just what we wanted …she went through everything and was very patient…she did not rush us at all …the cappuccino’s were a lovely gesture once we purchased…thank you!

We were looked after by Sean in the Boucher road store. Getting bedroom furniture and new bed and mattress for my daughter who was with me. Sean kept her involved in the decisions about her room which made her feel very important. Everything was explained in full and we weren't rushed in any way. Excellent customer service.

Went in store to look for new sofa for house and the staff there were really helpful and service was great. They listened to what we were after and what we liked also answered any question put to them about the sofa we chose. I would highly recommend this store in boucher road.

Just a quick phone call and my new corner unit has been ordered I first saw what I wanted in Belfast and Thomas was very helpful

We were made to feel welcome and all questions were answered satisfactorily. We tried a few sofas before choosing the one, we all liked. Robin had an abundance of patience and no query was left unanswered. The whole process was made simple and went smoothly.

I had a very good experience with Conor he explained everything and was very helpful and a pleasure to have him deal with can’t wait to get my furniture
