Excellent customer services and Noah was excellent.

Found the perfect sofa but sadly not in the material we wanted, however a sales rep was able to show us a similar model which suited our needs, was very knowledgeable about product, we didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. Staff member was very through and helpful providing all the information regarding our purchase including care of product, insurance etc

The sales advisor Ozzie was very knowledgable and was not out to sell furniture that was not suited for your needs. Ozzie kind and courteous and very patient.

I had an amazing experience at the DFS Beckton store. The staff were incredibly friendly specially Moin , welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Their excellent customer service really stood out, and I would highly and hot beverage was amazing after a long day recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and outstanding service. Amazing experience with Izzath, he explained everything in great detail and showed us all the best options for the furniture we had in mind. Very friendly as well.

We purchased a sofa and carpet in store for our new house. Before placing the order, we made it very clear that we wouldn't be getting the keys until 7th August and specifically asked for a note to be added so nothing would be delivered before the 10th. The sales assistant reluctantly agreed and told us it wouldn't be an issue because the sofas were custom made and wouldn't be ready before then.

What they failed to realise was that the carpet was a standard item that the supplier already had in stock. It was scheduled for delivery on the 5th, before we even had access to the house.

After calling customer service, we found out that no delivery notes had been added at all, despite our request. We called again the next day and were assured the delivery would be cancelled and that the carpet supplier would contact us to arrange a new date.

Instead, today we received an email saying the carpet had been delivered and, luckily, the sellers accepted it for us. This could have been avoided entirely if the delivery instructions we'd asked for had actually been added in the first place.

Now we have no way of checking the condition of the rug, and it's awkward having to rely on the sellers to accept deliveries for a house we don't even own yet. Overall, it caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration. Last but not least, we are lucky (in a sense) that our sofa is not available until October due to it being custom made. Had it been delivered on the same date as the rug, we would've ran into a lot more issues than we already have.

Based on this experience, we probably won't be shopping here in person again.

Salesman spoke way too much

Just wanted to buy a sofa - ended up having a 45 minute sales pitch and tried to upsell us with a load of extras we did not ask for or want
