Was welcomed when I came I to the shop…
Was welcomed when I came I to the shop but wasn't hounded which I liked, he left us to it then we got him to answer questions, the guy was very knowledgeable which was great, wasn't pushy like I've had in other shops,made us feel comfortable with our purchase

hey were not in the bit pushy about buying which is a major plus for me ! 5 Star service!!

Simon was a very helpful and friendly salesman but not pushy. We went to have a look around on the Saturday 6 June 2026 and saw a sofa we liked but wasn't sure if it worked for the room we were thinking of so took details and Simon sent us by email the dimensions. So went back in yesterday 9 June and bought the sofa. Excellent service and Simon made us laugh too. Good work Simon!

I knew exactly what I was looking for…
I knew exactly what I was looking for before I went to DFS, but the staff was on hand to help. Had my eye on the Ted Baker corner sofa and loved it soon as I saw it. Ashley was amazing and got my order through and I am over the moon and cannot wait for my new sofa to arrive.

Excellent experience. Greeted by the store manager Carmen and given coffee and advice . Taken care of every step of the way from entering the store to leaving . Excellent range of sofas to choose from. Both Carmen and Neil (who completed our sale ) were excellent and a joy to deal with .
