I ordered a king-size divan and mattress, this is my 3rd time to use DFI Beds over the past few years. As usual, excellent service, excellent quality, delivered within a few days.
I was kept informed of delivery day and time, the driver very polite and helpful. I had to phone the office upon delivery because of a mistake on the order (my own fault) but was dealt with in a very helpful and courteous manner, issue resolved immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending DFI to anyone thinking of making a purchase.

Quality matress
Quality of matress was very good. Appreciated that it was fully sealed when delivered to protect from damage. Delivery driver sent photo of delivered product and WhatsApp updates on day of delivery. Unfortunately we were not home for 24hrs so it was delivered at 8:30am. I didn't know how to reschedule planned delivery. I knew the planned date, just not the time until thr night before so couldn't schedule someone to take it in for me.

Reliable and helpful company. I ordered a bed for my son. I realised after I purchased it that I had chosen the incorrect size for the mattress protector. I sent them an email to see if it was possible to change this. I received a speedy reply stating that it was no issue and they had amended my order. I was delighted.
They keep me updated on when it would arrive and the driver messaged me giving me a time when he would arrive.
Super experience, I will definitely use this company again.
