We use Deos for our printer and stationery and have done for around 5 years. Have always found them helpful and efficient and nothing is too much trouble.

We have numerous printer contracts with Deos and are extremely impressed with the quality of product alongside the level of service accompanying them. We are never more than a short phone call away from any queries or questions we may have being answered. Ink cartridges are always provided on a next day service which is a huge benefit when working in a busy office. I cannot thank them enough for there continued service and support!

Exceptional customer service - we phoned due to an issue with the printers after our wifi cut out, and the team were able to help us straight away and get the problem solved. Can't fault them. :)

Since we've been using DEOS group for our printers, everything has run smoothly and we have had no majors issues. When one of our printers had a jam, the service team ordered the part and were out within two days to get the printer fixed and back up and running.
All ink and paper is sent well before we run out so we always have it on hand ready.
The team are always on hand to assist and are friendly and helpful.

Do not use this company! We had a copier contract with them and they ripped us off!

They miscalculated our copier amounts and tried to bill us an extortionate amount over what we agreed. When we queried this, they sent us a contract which they passed off as ours, with different terms and conditions from the copy we held. They are dishonest and will rip you off.

Shockingly bad company, run for the hills!

The most unethical and underhand company we have ever dealt with, they lied to us numerous times until we reluctantly agreed to renew our contract, which was a big mistake. We have referred them and their finance company to the FOS.

Cold call from this company asking for a staff member by name and then hung up. Very poor

DO NOT USE FOR PCR TESTING
Our test results were late. DEOS Group blamed the testing centre, said their ovens had broken down!!! Only option for us other than loosing our holiday was to pay them a further £400 to get an emergency test.
Upon return from our holiday I contacted the testing centre who informed us they had no issues with their machinery!!
When challenging DEOS Group with this information they just ignore our emails and do not respond.

Things went wrong here, the only customer service offered was to make more profit from us.

DREADFUL, STRESSFUL, COSTLY EXPERIENCE.

This company are sending out unsolicited spam emails trying to sell COVID test kits.

It is the same company as GreenOffice.co.uk (check out the reports on their page of multiple spamming of people who never gave permission) and they are just using a different branding to try and fool people.

We never subscribed to their spam emails as the email address they are using is not a direct email so we know they have either bought the list or scraped it from our web site.

This is a blatant attempt to disguise who they are by using a different sender email address but the content of the emails is almost identical.

We are now reporting them to ICO and they will pursue this further with the directors being liable for multiple breaches of data protection laws.

Quite simply do business with this firm! Excellent customer orientated attitude, flexible and fast. Spoke to the MD Matt Smith - really lovely guy. Wish all firms were as helpful.
