ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!! I highly recommend that you stay away from this place!

Short version:
They crashed my car, refused to fix the wheel that they damaged way further as "it already had scratches on it", couldn't fix my AC, and treated me as if they were doing me a favor to fix the damage that THEY DID. They used phrases like "accidents happen every day" and "it is a 2014 car, it won't be perfect." See pictures attached; the second pic shows how much I love this car, but they treated it like rubbish. Because of this, they had my car for over 2 weeks, and I received a grand total of ZERO discount on the service.
Long version:
Words cannot describe how bad the customer service is here - at least if you have an older car. I'm sure the treatment would have been very different if I had a brand new Lexus! First, I took my car for the usual programmed maintenance and also asked them to look at the AC, as it has some sort of fault that causes it to reset to default every time I power the car on. It takes a minute to do so and requires manual power on/setup. Their answer to this was "we could not find a fault, better just wait for it to die completely, and then we change it. The 12 months warranty won't cover it." Nice start - they can't even find issues in their own cars.
Then, to make matters WAY worse, they managed to somehow crash my car! Things only went downhill from here. I heard things like "accidents happen every day" and "it is a 2014 car; it won't be perfect" from the manager himself. They refused to fix the wheel that they damaged way further just because "it already had scratches on it" (cool, if I ever crash in someone else's car, I'll just say it already had scratches on it and won't have to pay for it. Nice life hack!). Even though I acknowledged that first and said I'd pay for the repair of the other three wheels, they still refused. They had my car for over 2 weeks while they lent me the cheapest red Corolla they could find on the lot. I had to keep chasing them to get any sort of updates. When I finally got it back, the rear seats were covered in dirt, like they had put dirty car parts inside it while working on it, and they didn't even bother cleaning it. After all of that, I received a grand total of ZERO discount on the service, which I paid in full, as if they had done an awesome job on changing oil and filters.
After loads of emails back and forth complaining about all of this, all I got as "a gesture of goodwill" (to quote their own words) was a valet to clean the seats (which I didn't even bother to use; I'd rather take it to someone I trust) and a €100 discount on the next service with them. But again, I won't be taking any advantage of it, as my car will stay well away from this place in the future.
