Delphis Eco Omdömen 

I own commercial cleaning company. We decided to switch to Delphis Eco. However having put our first order in of the starter pack to test the products we've still received it. Delivery was on the 7th July. I had confirmation it was in the way but was given no tracking details. I've been onto my delphis account nothing on there either, just says on the way. Customer service is useless they just take your details and don't call you back with any real information. Currently no idea where my order is, they don't even seem to know. It's a shame as great credentials on the products but I need reliable delivery and customer service neither of which they provide. Order number #26500

My delivery was wrong and they are impossible to contact. The phone number doesn’t work and emails and instagram messages have been ignored for two weeks! Shame as the products are great

Slowly switching the whole house over to Delphis Eco and this order pretty much finishes the job. The Bathroom Cleaner and Toilet & Limescale Cleaner shifted scum and limescale that another "green" brand couldn't touch - no throat-burning chemical smell either. Washing Up Liquid handles a sink of greasy plates, the Stain Remover lifted a red wine spill I'd written off, and the Multi Purpose Descaler sorted my kettle in one go.

What sets them apart is the eco credentials feel real, not greenwashed, EU Ecolabel certified, plant-based, no harsh surfactants or phosphates washing into rivers and the sea. Tough on dirt without poisoning waterways, which is exactly what I want. Refillable concentrates cut the plastic too. Will keep buying.

If Delphis tablets are primarily for cleaning and maintenance, why does it say on the packaging for use to unblock sinks ?
Why are you misleading the buying public in this way?

I ordered one of their multipack bundles from the website so I could try a range of products. I was drawn to the brand because they don’t test on animals, they offer a really good selection of genuinely eco-friendly products, and everything is made and manufactured in the UK, which sets them apart from a lot of other “eco” brands.

Delivery was a bit pricey, but the overall cost still felt reasonable for what I got. If DPD hadn’t delivered my parcel to the wrong address, I would have had everything within 5 days.

That’s the main reason I’ve gone for 4 stars instead of 5. When I first contacted customer service after realising DPD had delivered it incorrectly, I felt like there was a bit of suspicion from their side. This was despite me sending a screenshot of the DPD GPS map showing it had gone to the wrong address, along with the proof of delivery photo showing the wrong door. This dragged on for over a week, with quite a lot of silence from Delphis, until I eventually chased for an update.

It turned out the original customer service contact I’d been speaking to was only covering emails while the main customer service team was on annual leave. Once Juliana picked up my email, she was polite, professional, and sorted the issue out quickly. The replacement parcel then arrived promptly.

Now I just need to test the products…

I have used Delphis Evo products since 5 years now. I gave always purchased them from a supplier, not from the company. However on the last 2 occasion i have purchased on Delphis Eco’s website - and o. both occasion it was a stressful and unprofessional experience. Starting with £5.99 shipping fee i was expecting a fast and smooth delivery. On both occasion delivery took over 10 days. On the first occasion i have ordered only 2-3 items. When finally received it i realised i have been sent the wrong item. I got in touch and finally after more then 2 weeks i got the order. On the second occasion after a week i have not had any update on my order. I got in touch via email and asked about the order - no reply. I had to call them. They have apologiesed and promised they will have a look. They have offered a refund but i said i just want the products. The order arrived after a day - however, was the wrong order again! It was just a few items, not too complicated- not sure how can’t they get it right?! I have emailed them and asked if they will send the correct order. NO REPLY AT ALL! It looks like tgey are the one who feel offended - and they don’t think the client deserves an update. I won’t purchase again as i do not think it should be so stressful and complicated and still - after all the extra hussle i not just didn’t had my correct order, they have not refund me on the account i have used for the purchase but sent a cheque. So i had to go to the bank too. I’m not sure if they are funny or just unattentive and unprofessional.

I have been using this company for cleaning products for years and never had a problem until my last purchase. I bought some descaler though Amazon, and it arrived damaged. As instructed by Amazon I contacted Delphis through their website, and they have been so far from helpful. Days with no replies and then one person offering polite help and another saying they can't help at all isn't giving me much faith in them as a company. Nothing is resolved still and I won't be buying from this company again.

Whilst the products might be good, which got me into buying into the brand, the experience from ordering online direct was a surprise given the image they promote themselves.

Delivery took over a week, tracking did not work for 48 hours after dispatch, and when it arrived 2 of the 5 boxes had been resealed and relabelled by courier.

One of these boxes relabelled was a total mess, the product leaked everywhere.

Most items where covered in a black dust like it's had been sitting in a filthy warehouse, I would not have expected to have to clean products and triggers/dispensers that arrived. Sadly looks like they outsource the fulfilment to a third party logistics provider we are fulfilment

Tried to call in to report this, was told someone would call me back by 6pm, this didn't happen.

Emailed in with photos, and we're told sincerest apologies for the state of the order, and here is 10% off your next order, not even an attempt to offer to replace the damaged spilled liquids....just typically buy more product....

So this was my first and last order, shame if the service and delivery matched the performance of the products would be onto a winner....

This company is not good when it comes to listening ingredients and I called them over 24 hours ago and was promised an email detailing the formulation of their cream surface and sink cleaner.....I received nothing, so I am in agreement with the review criticising their customer support ...
I see Delphis do not reply to reviews on here....In my opinion, that speaks volumes!!!

The products are good but their customer service is shocking. I’ve just placed a big order and every single bottle arrived without a spray nozzle.

I also sent them an email over a week ago and 2 follow up emails. Nothing in return.

As a professional cleaning company, we won’t be using them again based purely on customer service.

Used Delphis before but wanted larger volumes so ordered online direct, excellent product easy to use, I use for domestic and industrial premises.

These products are fantastic, especially as they're natural. One night of lime scale treatment and it's gone! I've been trying for a year using, coke, soda crystals, Harpic and the rest with poor results. The spot cleaner works like a dream, I've found my brand.

Absolutely wonderful service I received my purchase the next day. One thing I would like to mention that I think you need to keep an eye is that two of my window and stainless steel bottles was brocken on the nozzle which resulted in me having to purchase an individual spray bottle my self.
Other than that the actual cleaner is wonderful for glass and stainless steel.
